Today the Mississippi Catfish hunters had their first tournament of the year at Dewayne Hayes. The 25 fisherman took on the Tenn-Tom muddy water with heavy rain in the forecast all day. There was moderate current and most fish were caught between 8-15 feet. Most fisherman reported a slow bite using live and cut shad.
These are the top 3.
1st Lewis Prestage and Lewis Prestage Jr weighing in 46.90lbs winning $250.

2nd Jamie Long and Adam Long weighing in a nice flathead at 33.30lbs earning them $170. The flathead also won them big fish earning them $100. Won trash fish as well with a drum weighing 8.42lbs $50. Total winnings $320.

3rd Nick Dimino and Tommy Golson weighing in 18.62lbs earning them $80.
